Frozen fans are in for a real treat at Disneyland Paris in the coming years with World of Frozen scheduled to open in 2026. If you’re wondering what Frozen attractions there are at the moment and what we will see in World of Frozen then we’ve got you covered! Read on for our guide to everything Frozen at Disneyland Paris!
Frozen at Disneyland Paris
With World of Frozen in 2026 scheduled to open in 2026 at Disneyland Paris (check out everything we know about World of Frozen later in this article) you might be wondering what DLP currently offers for Frozen Fans. In good news, there are lots of opportunities to enjoy some Frozen fun in the meantime:
Olaf Meet and Greet
Olaf is the only Frozen Meet and Greet in Disneyland Paris. The enchanted snowman hosts his meet and greet in the Animation Celebration in Toon Studios in Walt Disney Studios Park. The times are listed in the Disneyland Paris App.
A Disney PhotoPass Photographer is typically available to capture the moment at the Olaf meet and greet.
Disney Stars on Parade
Anna and Elsa appear in the main Disneyland Paris parade, Disney Stars on Parade. The parade is performed daily (it continues to run during the Halloween and Christmas seasons, usually once daily).
The parade is a wonderful opportunity to see a host of beloved Disney Characters with Mickey and Minnie Mouse, the Disney Princesses and Woodie, Jessie and Buzz making an appearance.
For Frozen fans, the highlight is undoubtedly the dedicated Frozen float featuring Anna, Elsa and Olaf – the parade is one of only a few opportunities to catch a glimpse of Anna and Elsa at Disneyland Paris.
The duo haven’t featured in the seasonal Halloween and Christmas parades recently or during special events in the parks but that is entirely dependent on the performances scheduled during your visit.
Frozen: a Musical Invitation
There are some wonderful stage shows performed at Disneyland Paris Frozen: a Musical Invitation is an absolute must for Frozen fans. It is held near the Olaf meet and greet in the Animation Celebration at Walt Disney Studios.
Anna invites guests to help her surprise Elsa in this interactive show and the small theatres make for an intimate setting. It features Sven, Kristoff, Anna, Elsa and Olaf and, during the show, a selection of hit songs from Frozen are performed. The musical finishes with Elsa performing Let It Go.
Just so you know, the show is performed through a mix of English and French and the finale is the French version of Let It Go – we love it but some guests are disappointed at not being able to sing along! You can catch a rousing rendition of Let in Go in English at Mickey and the Magician, details are below!
Mickey and the Magician
In one of our favourite shows at Disneyland Paris, Mickey and the Magician follows Mickey as he learns the tricks of the trade as a magician’s assistant. It features a whole host of fabulous Disney characters including Belle, the Beast, Cinderella and Frozen’s Elsa and Olaf!
Elsa sings a rousing rendition of Let it Go (the English version!) during the unmissable show – it’s so good, we’ve seen it at least 5 times in the last couple of years!
Frozen Merchandise
You will find a variety of Frozen-themed merchandise at Disneyland Paris from dresses to dolls and accessories. La Chaumière des Sept Nains in Fantasyland is a lovely shop for Princess fans and we also love the Royal Collection Boutique in the Disneyland Hotel.
Face Painting
Our children love having their face painted at Disneyland Paris. There is a selection of face-painting themes to choose from and there is even a Frozen themed option!
Our go to spots are by Sir Mickey’s Boutique in Fantasyland (close to Auberge de Cendrillon) and in the Front Lot of Walt Disney Studios – our 5-year old recently opted for a face-painting and tiara package in this location (it was around Eur 30 I think).
Face painting costs around Eur 19 the last time I checked.
My Royal Dream (Disneyland Hotel Guests Only)
My Royal Dream is a magical makeover experience at Disneyland Paris, where guests can transform into royalty with a glamorous hair and makeup session, topped off with a generous sprinkling of glitter! For those choosing one of the Royal Makeover Packages, you can select a royal costume and accessories to complete the look.
Anna and Elsa dresses are available for a Frozen-themed makeover at My Royal Dream.
Reservations for My Royal Dream are available for Disneyland Hotel Guests – we stayed at the Disneyland Hotel when my 5-year old had her makeover in the photo.
Storybook Land Canal Boats
The Storybook Land Canal Boats ride at Disneyland Paris is a charming boat ride which passes miniature versions of iconic Disney fairytales. It features scenes from The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, and Beauty and the Beast.
In recent months two new scenes have been added and, of course, one of them is a miniature Frozen scene! The other is from one of our favourite movies, Up!
Frozen Themed Snacks
From Donald Duck to Stitch and Mickey Mouse, themed snacks are a fun and tasty way to enhance your experience at Disneyland Paris.
Frozen-themed snacks can sometimes be found throughout the parks. Our 2-year-old was thrilled to spot and enjoy a Frozen-themed packaged ice cream during a recent visit at The Old Mill in Fantasyland.
Be sure to check the menus during your visit, as the availability of these special snacks can vary!
The Frozen Suite at the Disneyland Hotel
If your budget extends, there is a wonderful Frozen Suite at the luxurious Disneyland Hotel. Inspired by Disney’s Frozen films, the suite is one of the most expensive rooms at the Disneyland Hotel and a stay includes access to the hotel’s exclusive Castle Club.
World of Frozen 2026
The much anticipated World of Frozen is set to open at some point in 2026. The North Mountain is already looming in the Kingdom of Arendell and the main attraction, Frozen Ever After, is under construction. There will also be a meet and greet opportunity with Anna and Elsa.
You can catch a glimpse of construction developments from a few of the seats on Toy Solider Parachute Drop
Frozen Ever After
Frozen Ever After looks set to follow in the footsteps of the existing Frozen Ever After rides Epcot in Walt Disney World and Disneyland Hong. We’ve ridden Frozen Ever After in Epcot and the slow and dark Frozen-themed boat ride takes guests on a voyage through Arendelle and the North Mountain to Elsa’s Ice Palace.
Anna and Elsa Meet and Greet
Anna and Elsa will host their very own meet and greet in World of Frozen. In recent years we’ve only seen Anna and Elsa host individual meet and greets during a Pop-Up surprise for Annual Passholders so we can’t wait until they have a regular spot in Disneyland Paris.
Again, we think this will be similar to Walt Disney World, where Anna and Elsa host a meet and greet in Royal Sommerhus in the Norway Pavillion at Epcot.
When will World of Frozen open at Disneyland Paris?
2026! Disneyland Paris have so far only stated that World of Frozen will open in 2026. It’s impossible to guess their schedule but we don’t think it will be open before Summer 2026. However, it is progressing well and we can see the Kingdom of Arendelle really start to take shape so who knows!
Walt Disney Studios Renamed and Reimagined
The arrival of World of Frozen will bring big changes to Disneyland Paris with Walt Disney Studios to be renamed Disney Adventure World.
If you haven’t visited before, there are two parks at Disneyland Paris – Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios – and Walt Disney Studios will be renamed to Disney Adventure World to represent the new direction of the park.
Raiponce Tangled Spin (a Teacups style Tangled theme ride) and a Lion King flume ride (likely to be similar to Splash Mountain or Tiana’s Bayou Adventure) have also been announced for Disney Adventure World. There will also be an opportunity to meet Princesses at Regal View Restaurant.
